Mr Mahato oversees the firm's investments and its relationships with the families and owners it serves. In 2022 he established GrowMyDhandha, an operating partnership that takes equity in the businesses it works with and leads their growth from within, across India, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.

Mr Oberoi has spent twenty-seven years in the banking sector, holding leadership roles at the most senior executive level. He brings to Ravenhall a banker's discipline and a close familiarity with how institutions are governed and run.

Ms Keshvani's career of twenty-three years has centred on international transactions and corporate leadership, much of it in senior management. She brings to the firm a practised understanding of cross-border dealings and of what it takes to lead a business through them.
